Refund & Cancellation Policy
Candibean Entertainment provides subscription-based access to entertainment tickets. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through WhatsApp (074 874 2896) or by emailing support@candibean.co.za.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
- You will continue to enjoy your subscription benefits until your current cycle ends.
2. Subscription Changes
- You may upgrade or downgrade to a different plan at any time.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge applied.
- Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
3. Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
- No refunds will be given for unused ticket claims within a billing cycle.
- In cases of duplicate billing caused by a technical error, we will refund the extra payment after verification.
4. Ticket Claims
- Once you claim a ticket, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, we will assist you in securing an alternative ticket of equal value where possible.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds apply.
5. Event Cancellations Beyond Our Control
- We are not liable for cancellations, changes, or restrictions imposed by event organizers.
- Refunds for such cases will only be issued if the event organizer provides a refund to Candibean.
6. How to Request a Refund (Where Applicable)
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 074 874 2896 or email support@candibean.co.za.
- Provide proof of payment and a description of the issue.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
