Refund & Cancellation Policy

Candibean Entertainment provides subscription-based access to entertainment tickets. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through WhatsApp (074 874 2896) or by emailing support@candibean.co.za.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
  • You will continue to enjoy your subscription benefits until your current cycle ends.

2. Subscription Changes

  • You may upgrade or downgrade to a different plan at any time.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge applied.
  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.

3. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • No refunds will be given for unused ticket claims within a billing cycle.
  • In cases of duplicate billing caused by a technical error, we will refund the extra payment after verification.

4. Ticket Claims

  • Once you claim a ticket, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, we will assist you in securing an alternative ticket of equal value where possible.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds apply.

5. Event Cancellations Beyond Our Control

  • We are not liable for cancellations, changes, or restrictions imposed by event organizers.
  • Refunds for such cases will only be issued if the event organizer provides a refund to Candibean.

6. How to Request a Refund (Where Applicable)

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at 074 874 2896 or email support@candibean.co.za.
  • Provide proof of payment and a description of the issue.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
